You don't have to manage any food or beverage in this role!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage reception with a warm and a welcoming attitude

Oversee housekeeping schedules and invoicing

Handle on-call duties outside of regular business hours.

Assist and supervise housekeeping staff

Manage property maintenance

Ensure safety compliance

Provide excellent customer service, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain positive relationships with guests, staff, suppliers,



and employers.

Follow company procedures.

Utilize computer and MS Office skills

Stay motivated to exceed sales targets and work within the budget.

Prior motel or business management experience required

Strong leadership and attention to detail required

Ability to address maintenance issues, staffing shortages, and renovations as they arise.

Current police check needed

Must relocate to Goulburn, NSW

Must have work authorization in Australia.
