Lucas Collective seeks an exceptional Pastry Sous Chef to join our opening team for two brand-recent venues in Melbourne's CBD. You will help establish the pastry kitchen from day one, working with the Head Pastry Chef to craft desserts, lead the pastry team, and uphold the highest standards of quality, creativity, and consistency.

You will bring proven pastry leadership in premium dining, knowledge of Chinese and Mediterranean cuisines, strong team management, and meticulous food-safety practices.
