About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care and leadership across a variety of residential aged care facilities throughout the Central Coast.

Duties may include:

- Delivering person-centred nursing care to aged care residents
- Medication administration and clinical assessments
- Care planning, documentation and clinical reviews
- Monitoring and responding to changes in resident conditions




- Wound care and chronic disease management
- Supporting and supervising care staff
- Maintaining infection control and clinical governance standards
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary care teams

To Be Successful You Will Have

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 12 months’ nursing experience, preferably in aged care
- Current National Police Check
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Solid clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work across multiple facilities
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends
- Full Australian working rights
