About your current role

With head office base on the lower north shore ofSydneyyou will be working in a team of five injury coders, this is a hybrid role allowing you to work full time from home. This role is offeredona fulltime or part time capacity.

The purpose of this role is to apply AIS classification and injury code to CTP claims received for NSW/SA/QLD. You will have an allied health background and skills for critical thinking,analysemedicalinformationand apply relevant regulator standards/guidelines to assign injury codes to claims torequiredtimeframes.

- Completing coding withintimeframesand according to guidelines
- Liaise with internal Quality Assurance whenrequired
- Participate in annual regulator audits
- Attend industry coding regulator meetings

About you

- Relevant injury coding industry experience is preferred




- Relevant qualifications in Abbreviated Injury Scale (AIS)ispreferred
- Sound understanding of relevant acts and regulation guidelines
- Strong injury management capabilities
- Tertiary studies in Allied Health (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, Nursing, Psychology or Exercise Science)
