Key Responsibilities:

- Curriculum Delivery: Apply sound knowledge ofNSW and Australian curriculum documents to design and implementcontent-rich, differentiated learning programs.
- Active Learning:



Promote an engaging classroomculture by connecting lessons to real-world contexts and utilisingdiverse ICT resources to meet educational outcomes.
- Student Wellbeing: Provide high-quality dutyof care by knowing each student individually and supporting theirpersonal, social, and spiritual development.
- Collaborative Practice: Work closely withcolleagues to refine teaching resources, maintain course policies,and ensure consistent administrative excellence in assessment andreporting.
- Professional Engagement: Participate inprofessional learning, stay informed on contemporary trends ingirls' education, and contribute to the College's co-curricularprogram.

Selection Criteria:

- Qualifications & Accreditation: Formalteaching qualifications and current NESA registration.
