Ongoing subcontract installation of premium joinery across residential, luxury and commercial fit-out projects throughout Sydney metro. Work includes residential kitchens, wardrobes, laundries, vanities and custom cabinetry; luxury residential with veneer, stone tops, fine tolerances and detailed finishes; commercial fit-out including reception joinery, workstations, tea points, storage walls and ARC acoustic pods; wall panelling and pivot door installation; and mixed scope works where scribing, levelling and solving problems on site are part of the job. Projects range from a single vanity through to multi level fit-outs.

Key responsibilities

- Install residential kitchens, wardrobes, laundries, vanities and custom cabinetry to specification
- Execute luxury residential installations with attention to veneer, stone tops, fine tolerances and detailed finishes
- Install commercial fit-out joinery including reception areas, workstations, tea points, storage walls and ARC acoustic pods
- Install wall panelling and pivot doors
- Read and work from shop drawings independently
- Perform on-site scribing, levelling and problem-solving
- Maintain professional presentation and conduct on site in front of clients, builders and designers
- Flag issues early and keep the project manager informed
- Ensure defect free handover on all projects

About you

- 5 to 10+ years hands on joinery installation experience
- Trade qualification in cabinet making or joinery,



or demonstrable equivalent experience
- Genuine attention to detail: shadow lines, reveals, alignment and finishes that stand up to client inspection in luxury homes
- Ability to read and work from shop drawings without hand holding
- Strong communication and reliability: turn up when you say you will
- Own tools, own vehicle and ability to work unsupervised
- ABN and GST registration
- White Card, Construction Induction
- Public liability insurance, minimum $20 million
- Current trade qualification certificates and relevant licences: EWP, working at heights, asbestos awareness, first aid
