- Solid experience in civil drafting, able to hit the ground running with minimal training.
- Comfortable working independently on tasks, with senior support available when needed.
- Proficient with AutoCAD and 12D experience is desirable.
- Residential subdivision, greenfield and brownfield project experience preferred.

- Produce accurate civil drafting deliverables across subdivision and brownfield projects.
- Work from engineering design inputs to develop plans, models and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with engineers, designers & drafters on project delivery.
- Manage your own workload and task priorities with appropriate oversight.
