About the Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, Diagnostics, and working closely with the Chief Marketing & Experience Officer and Commercial Lead, you'll be the dedicated marketing lead for Virtus Diagnostics.

You will own the performance of the Virtus Diagnostics website, drive online sales growth, develop compelling content and campaigns, and create marketing collateral that supports both consumer engagement and referral growth.

What You'll Be Doing

Website Performance & Growth

- Own the performance of the Virtus Diagnostics eCommerce website.
- Monitor and improve traffic, conversion, sales performance and customer engagement.
- Lead SEO strategy and ongoing optimisation initiatives.
- Manage website content, product listings and CMS updates.
- Identify and implement enhancements that improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Develop engaging consumer and clinician-focused content.
- Create marketing materials, presentations and referral resources that support business growth.
- Translate complex clinical or scientific information into clear, accessible language.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand, compliance and governance requirements.





Campaign Management

- Plan and execute campaigns across digital, social, email and other channels.
- Develop initiatives that build awareness, trust and demand for Virtus Diagnostics services and products.
- Analyse performance and optimise campaigns based on insights and results.
- Manage external agencies and creative partners where required.

Stakeholder Engagement

- Partner closely with commercial, clinical and scientific stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the broader Virtus Health marketing team to leverage shared expertise and maintain brand consistency.
- Represent marketing within the Virtus Diagnostics leadership team.

About You

You'll be a commercially focused marketing professional who enjoys taking ownership and seeing the impact of your work.

You'll bring:

- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Strong digital marketing and eCommerce experience.
- Hands-on experience managing websites, CMS platforms and SEO initiatives.
- Demonstrated success delivering content and marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- The ability to simplify complex information into engaging audience-focused communications.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a part-time environment.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.

Highly Regarded

- Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, health-tech, medical devices, pathology or a regulated industry.
- Experience marketing direct-to-consumer healthcare products or services.
