Young District Hospital & Community Health Services in NSW is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its Acute Care team on a 12-week contract, starting as soon as possible. This is an in-charge role, offering the chance to lead clinical care delivery in a busy acute setting while working with a dedicated healthcare team committed to delivering quality patient outcomes.

- In-charge responsibility for acute care delivery in a regional NSW health service
- 12-week contract with immediate start available

Preferred Requirements

- Current Registered Nurse (RN) registration with AHPRA
- Demonstrated experience working in acute care settings
- Proven experience in an in-charge or leadership capacity
- Solid clinical assessment and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) or equivalent certification
- Post-graduate qualification or experience in acute or critical care nursing
