About the Role

As a Store Manager , you’ll have full ownership of your store’s success — leading day‑to‑day operations, driving solid commercial results, and delivering a consistently outstanding customer experience.

You’ll lead by example, act as a Brand Ambassador , and build a high‑performing,



customer‑first culture while maintaining strong operational and financial standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Leading end‑to‑end store operations with a Customer First mindset

- Driving sales performance, KPIs, and commercial results

- Recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and developing high‑performing teams

- Leading rosters, payroll accuracy, and performance management

- Setting the benchmark for customer experience, VM, and store presentation

- Managing stock accuracy, loss prevention, and inventory control

- Executing promotions, campaigns, and in‑store initiatives

- Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and financial procedures

- Liaising with centre management and external partners

- Acting as a hands‑on Brand Ambassador on the shop floor

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader

- A strong track record of driving sales and team performance

- Solid understanding of retail operations, stock control, and financial processes

- Confident leadership, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability
