Lifestyle Solutions is seeking an On Call Incident Response Officer to support children and young people in Out-of-Home Care in Sydney, NSW. The role operates full-time with an 8-hour night shift from 5pm to 7am, Wednesday to Sunday.

You will deliver trauma-informed, culturally safe care, oversee on‑shift staff, promptly respond to incidents, and help maintain a safe, nurturing workplace. Training and career progression opportunities are available.
