The Role

You’ll enjoy the independence to manage your own portfolio while being backed by a supportive and experienced team. We’re seeking a positive, genuine individual who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing your own portfolio with professionalism and care
- Providing high-quality service to both rental providers and renters
- Conducting ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections




- Preparing rental appraisals and presenting tenancy applications
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance and rent reviews
- Managing arrears and lease renewals to maximise client returns
- Representing rental providers at tribunal as required
