About the role

The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations within the business, ensuring excellence in customer service, staff management, and operational efficiency. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in hospitality, coffee expertise, and a passion for driving business growth. The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure, effectively manage diverse teams, and adapt to the rapid-paced demands of our rapidly growing company.

Key responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 8-15 staff, fostering a positive and high-performance culture

Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence

Drive customer service standards, ensuring exceptional guest experiences

Manage procurement processes, supplier relationships,



and inventory control for cost efficiency

Implement quality control measures to maintain product consistency and service standards

Develop and execute strategies for product innovation and menu development

Set and achieve business goals related to sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency

Identify and resolve conflicts effectively, maintaining a harmonious workplace

Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost management

Weekly meetings with senior management to discuss financial KPI's and areas of improvement in the business

About you

Extensive experience in hospitality operations, with a focus on coffee and food service

Proven track record in managing diverse teams

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff

Expertise in conflict resolution and problem-solving

Experience in procurement, inventory management, and supplier negotiations

Solid understanding of quality control processes and customer service excellence

Creative mindset with a passion for product development and innovation

Goal-driven with strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities

Ability to perform under pressure and effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Strong skills in working with and leading individuals from diverse backgrounds and personalities
