We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist who is confident working independently.

Speech Pathologist – Paediatrics (NDIS)

The Role

- Provide paediatric speech pathology services to NDIS participants and privately paying clients.

- Independently manage your own caseload.

- Complete assessments, therapy planning, progress reports, and NDIS documentation.

- Clinical areas may include speech, language, AAC, social communication, feeding, and literacy (based on your strengths).

- Liaise with families, schools, support coordinators,



and other stakeholders.

- Collaborate closely with OT and Physiotherapy colleagues while maintaining professional independence.

About You

- Degree in Speech Pathology.

- SPA membership (or eligibility).

- Minimum 1 year of paediatric speech pathology experience required; however, this may be flexible for candidates with robust relevant skills.

- Strong clinical reasoning, time management, and communication skills.

- Values family-centred, evidence-based practice.

- WWCC (or willingness to obtain).

- Australian work authorisation is required for this role.
