Delaware North Australia is seeking a Team Leader Food & Beverage at Lizard Island Resort to guide a rapid-paced team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will lead, train, and motivate staff, uphold safety and standards, and drive upselling initiatives in a luxury setting.

The role requires a guest-first mindset, flexibility across a 7-day roster including days and nights, and a passion for delivering five-star service in a Relais & Châteaux property environment.
