An experienced Store Manager to lead the Cairns showroom and sales team. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves sales, people and creating a outstanding customer experience. You'll lead from the floor, motivate your team, drive results and take ownership of the day-to-day running and presentation of the store.

- Work closely with the owners on store performance and future growth

- Comfortable taking ownership
- Experience in furniture, homewares, interiors, lifestyle or other high-value retail highly regarded
