Life Without Barriers is seeking a dedicated Youth Worker in Springwood, Queensland to support children and young people in residential care. This permanent full-time role offers 38 hours per week and a starting rate of $40.49 per hour plus 12% super, with salary packaging available.

You will be a positive role model, build robust relationships, and help young people develop life skills, independence and confidence.
