Job Description
Uniting NSW ACT is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker for Community Living Supports (CLS) to deliver person-centred, recovery-focused psychosocial supports to adults across NSW.
n
You will help develop and monitor recovery plans, promote independence and community participation, and maintain accurate documentation in line with organisational requirements. Minimum Cert IV in Mental Health or Community Services and 12 months experience preferred.
