Job Description
Mercy Health in Geelong is seeking a Registered Nurse G3 to deliver complex nursing care at home, support independence, and develop tailored care plans for each client. You will provide clinical oversight for more complex clients and for those without a case manager, and you will support the nursing team with DVA funding processes.

You will also participate in orienting recent staff and sharing expertise with the team.
