Care Partner – Enrolled Nurse / Registered Nurse – Community Aged Care
Senior Helpers Penrith is seeking two Care Partners – one Enrolled Nurse (EN) and one Registered Nurse (RN) – to join our Community Aged Care team.
Full time and part time prospects are available, with flexibility depending on the successful candidates.
These roles support older Australians receiving care through the Support at Home program.
Pay is $–$ per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
Key responsibilities
Holistic client assessments
Development and review of care plans
Monitoring services
Coordinating supports
Communicating with clients and families
Managing client documentation and Support at Home budgets
Working closely with the clinical, scheduling and administration teams
About you
Highly organised
Knowledge of Support at Home/Home Care Packages
Experience in community aged care
Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (EN) or Registered Nurse (RN) – Required
National Police Certificate required
First Aid and CPR required
Unrestricted NSW Driver Licence – Preferred
