Barwon Health in Victoria is seeking a Consultation Liaison Nurse (Div 1) to strengthen mental health care across Barwon Health's general hospital settings. You will provide expert assessment and intervention for patients and families, and work with generalist teams to develop person-centred care plans.

You will contribute to integrated care pathways, support multidisciplinary teams, and help coordinate care for patients with complex mental health needs within Barwon Health.
