Benmax, a mechanical services company, invites a Senior People & Culture Partner to join our Hume, ACT office.
Travel between Canberra and Queanbeyan sites is required, with day-to-day contact across the business and the role reporting to the People & Culture Manager.
You'll be the primary P&C; contact for managers and employees, advising on legislation, up-to-date awards and enterprise agreements, owning employee relations end-to-end, coaching leaders, and supporting organisational change.
