As a long running and successful recruitment and labour hire consultancy, we are looking to expand our team with a dedicated and personable Account Manager. You will maintain client accounts and serve as our main point of contact. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing exceptional customer service and represent our brand at the highest level.

Our consultants are chosen from a number of areas but all have some common core traits. As a service delivery expert, our Consultants need to have a solid customer centric, a high level of respect for people and work with energy and enthusiasm first and foremost. You will have a strong personal brand that will mirror our professionalism and process as well as our strategy.

This is not a caretaker role. We are seeking somebody with passion, ideas and the ability to think on their feet and act.

Hours: 8.30am to 5pm (38 hours a week Monday to Friday) After hours support will be needed for this role.

Objective of this role:

- Effectively manage the recruitment and sourcing of candidates for the placement within our client base and liaise with the recruitment team.
- Manage timeclocks and timesheets for your client base.
- Serve as the primary contact for all client concerns and needs.
- Manage the call and site visit cycle of all customer accounts (with own reliable vehicle preferred).




- Communicate to clients in regards to the supply of staff and requirements of the business including the ongoing management of staff.
- Prepare candidate presentations, collect client feedback, arrange interviews, conduct post-interview follow-ups, and manage and finalize offers.

Qualification & Experience:

- Recruitment or Service delivery background.
- Ability to work and support as a part of After hours team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing quotas and earning favorable customer feedback.
- Exceptional time management abilities and a strong aptitude for prioritizing tasks.
