Founded in 2020, TruNinja was built with one goal: to deliver the ultimate ninja obstacle park experience. As we launch our latest venue in Rouse Hill, we’re looking for a driven Full-Time Park Manager to take ownership from day one

The role:

This is a hands on leadership role where you’ll set the standard, build the team, and drive the success of a brand-new venue.

Overseeing daily business operations including daily, weekly and monthly inspections.

Oversee the operations of the park including cash and sales control, party management and set‑up, inventory management and park opening/closing procedures.

Accountable for everything that transpires in the park, including but not limited to sales, safety and cleanliness

Drive new customers

Responsible for social media presence and marketing programs





Ensure customer satisfaction standards

Monitor financial controls to keep operating costs vs budget

Skills and Experience:

- Minimum oftwo yearsexperience working in amanagerial capacity
- Strong leadership
- Strong social media presence would be ideal
- Decision Making
- Identifying and solving problems
- Multitasking and proactive
- Performance and project Management
- Foster teamwork
- Maintain positive outlook
- Innovative and not afraid to brainstorm with your team;
- Verbalising new ideas and listening with careful consideration to the ideas of others.

- Able to work on Weekends and Holiday
