Key Responsibilities:

Produce accurate and high-quality design outcomes across all project stages, with a focus on hospitality and commercial interiors

Collaborate with designers and project leads to translate conceptual ideas into clear, buildable documentation

Assist in project coordination and technical detailing in line with industry standards and codes

Ensure documentation is delivered on time and aligns with client expectations and project milestones

Liaise with consultants, suppliers,



and contractors where needed to support documentation accuracy

Skills and Experience:

Proficiency in Revit - this is essential

Minimum 4 years' local experience in interior documentation, ideally within the hospitality or hotel sectors

Solid understanding of interior construction methods, detailing, and joinery

Familiarity with the full project lifecycle - design, coordination, documentation, and construction

Strong communication and team collaboration skills

A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field is advantageous
