FCL/LCL Allocator & Customer Service Operator

The successful applicant will ideally have:

Previous experience in FCL/LCL transport, freight forwarding, logistics or transport operations .

Strong knowledge of container transport and the import/export process.

Experience allocating trucks, drivers or transport jobs.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

The ability to prioritise and multitask in a busy workplace.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.

The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

A professional and positive attitude.
