About the position We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager, based in Brisbane, to lead our Quality Management System and support the ongoing growth and compliance of our national franchise network.

As Quality Assurance Manager, you will play an significant role in supporting Head Office operations through compliance management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company's Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Review, approve and control procedures, work instructions, forms and quality documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and internal standards across all franchise locations.
- Lead document control processes using SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
- Monitor quality performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports and dashboards.
- Plan, coordinate and conduct internal quality audits and compliance reviews.




- Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational performance and service quality.
- Support franchisees and managers by providing quality guidance and compliance advice.
- Coordinate document reviews and ensure controlled distribution of approved documentation.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practice solutions.
- Support the implementation of quality initiatives across new and existing franchise operations.
- Deliver quality-related training to employees and franchisees.
- Work collaboratively with operational, administration and management teams to improve business performance.

Skills & Experience

- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance or Quality Management.
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Experience in document control and quality system administration.
- Experience with internal auditing and continuous improvement.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Stakeholder management abilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint is highly desirable.
