We have an exciting hands-on leadership opportunity as our Despatch Leading Hand based at our busy Yatala facility in Queensland. In this rapid-paced role, you will lead and motivate the Despatch team, keep daily operations running smoothly, and play a key part in ensuring customer orders are packed, checked, and delivered on time, in full. Reporting to the Despatch and Receiving Supervisor, you will bring at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, strong attention to detail, excellent troubleshooting capabilities, and the confidence to think on your feet.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the daily despatch schedule
- Ensure despatch instructions are being followed and rosters are complied with
- Liaise with other departments as necessary
- Check orders that are packed for despatch/export
- Ensure checking and completion of transport documentation
- Lead team and drive results within a manufacturing environment
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership qualities




- Clear and articulate oral and written communication skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Strong customer service and integrity
- Ability to effectively influence actions and opinions of others
- Experience with ERP systems or (Infor M3 or similar)
