Carline Automotive Solutions' is seeking an experienced Automotive Industry Reception/Admin person to join our team in Bungalow, QLD. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, quotes & invoicing, managing inventory, and supporting the overall operations of our repairs.
Key responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries, make bookings, sourcing automotive parts for a wide range of vehicles & preparing quotes for repairs,
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock control and ordering processes
Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and general office duties
Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment
What we're looking for
Proven experience in an automotive parts or customer service role
Strong product knowledge and the ability to interpret technical information
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in using computer systems and inventory management software with mechaincs desk experience an advantage
Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
Adaptable and adaptable, with a willingness to take on wide-ranging tasks
