Key responsibilities

- As the Medical Scientist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality diagnostic services through the application of advanced scientific knowledge and growing professional expertise.
- In this dynamic and increasingly complex environment, you will provide professional services to a diverse client base, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement within the laboratory.
- You will also support quality management processes, including the validation of Quality Control activities at a supervisory level under direction from management.

- Educational/Vocational Qualifications - You must meet the NPAAC requirements for a medical scientist, holding an approved AQF7 degree with >70% pathology-relevant subjects, an equivalent overseas qualification recognised by AIMS, or an historical associate qualification from the Australian Institute of Medical Technologists.
