Job Responsibilities
- Supervise facility operations and coordinate resources, staff and activities to support the efficient operation of the horticultural business.
Duties
- Coordinate daily facility activities and ensure operational requirements are met.
- Supervise the use, maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment and facilities.
- Monitor workplace conditions and ensure health, safety and operational procedures are followed.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs and liaise with relevant service providers when required.
- Manage facility resources, supplies and operational requirements.
- Supervise staff and allocate tasks according to daily operational needs.
- Maintain facility records and monitor compliance with relevant procedures and standards.
Qualification
- AQF Diploma or equivalent relevant qualification.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in facilities, operations, agriculture or a related field.
Salary
- AUD $80,000 - $90,000 per annum + Superannuation
Working Conditions
- Full-time, permanent position
- 38 hours per week
