This is an opportunity to provide evidence-based, short-term therapeutic interventions to consumers, while managing a community caseload with strong clinical support, and a collaborative workplace culture.
About the Role
You'll deliver comprehensive assessments and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support individuals experiencing mild to moderate mental health presentations.
You'll manage a varied caseload while working collaboratively with clients and their support networks to develop, review and achieve meaningful treatment goals.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Conducting comprehensive intake and bio-psychosocial assessments
- Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Community outreach to surrounding areas
- Developing, reviewing and closing treatment plans
- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation

About you:
We're looking for clinicians who are passionate about providing high-quality mental health care and enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive team environments.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, or a related discipline.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Experience delivering mental health assessments and therapeutic interventions.
- Robust knowledge of evidence-based practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage a diverse clinical caseload.
- Experience working within community mental health or short-term intervention services will be highly regarded.
