Located in Adelaide's northern suburbs, you'll work alongside dedicated healthcare professionals providing critical care to patients requiring intensive monitoring and life-saving interventions.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver person-centred, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.
- Respond promptly to clinical deterioration and escalated appropriately.
- Support and mentor students and less experienced staff, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

What you need

- To be eligible for appointment to this role, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
- robust assessment and clinical decision-making skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- strong interpersonal and communication skills which will enable you to successfully problem solve, resolve conflicts and negotiate, including the ability to engage in difficult conversations, whilst building and maintaining relationships.
