About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Smash Coordinator to take charge of our on-road smash towing operations. This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role suited to someone who's worked accident scenes, knows how to load and manage damaged vehicles, and has what it takes to direct a team of drivers in real time - often under pressure.

You'll be the operational backbone between dispatch, drivers, and accident scenes, making rapid, sound decisions to keep jobs moving safely and efficiently across the SEQ region.

What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinating smash towing operations from job allocation through to completion
- Attending accident scenes and assisting with vehicle recovery and loading
- Managing and directing tow truck drivers across multiple simultaneous jobs
- Providing real-time operational support and problem-solving on the road
- Liaising with drivers, dispatch, and other stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly
- Participating in an after-hours/on-call roster to support urgent callouts

What We're Looking For

- Strong background in accident/smash towing
- Hands-on experience at accident scenes,



including loading damaged vehicles
- Experience coordinating, leading, or directing other tow truck drivers
- Solid knowledge of the Brisbane/SEQ road network and traffic conditions
- Proven ability to juggle multiple jobs and drivers at once, under time pressure
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations
- Willingness and availability to work after-hours and be part of an on-call roster
