Key responsibilities

Operate plant and equipment safely without injury to yourself or others

Move materials and equipment safely without injury to yourself or others

Work in heat and outside all day

Stand or sit all day as required

Work to strict time frames

Work in a close-knit team workplace and live in a work camp environment

Work away from home in remote locations on 10/4 day rosters

Maintain high commitment to WH&S; practices and focus on eliminating and minimising hazards

Be accountable for the outcomes of your work and how it affects other team members and clients

Adapt to an ever changing technical and organisational environment

About you - Mandatory Requirements

3+ years Plant Operating and Labouring experience in a Construction or Mining environment

Hi Risk Licence – Slew crane & Dogging

Ability to pass Client worksite Medical Examinations

Physically fit and healthy to perform the work

Willingness to undertake drug and alcohol testing to ensure workplace health and safety

Ability to work alone with minimal supervision

Very organised,



neat and tidy at all times

Ability to travel

Preferred experience but not necessary for the right applicant

- Experience in construction and maintenance of HV powerline infrastructure;
- High risk licence - Elevated Work Platform/Rigging/Non-Slew;
- RII Working Safely at Heights;
- Experience in Backhoe/Loader & Excavator Operations

All accommodation while on roster supplied

Travel may be provided depending on the place of residence of successful applicant

10/4 roster with travel in work time

Day shift only, no night shift required

Ordinary Time working week is a 36-hour working week / 72-hour fortnight
