Sutherland Shire Council is seeking a motivated Skilled Crew Member to join our Civil Works & Presentation team. About the role

Working as part of a skilled crew, you'll assist with the maintenance and construction of Council assets, including roads, footpaths and stormwater infrastructure. Duties include concrete and asphalt works, excavation, traffic management, surveying, and operating a range of tools and equipment.

What you'll bring

Essential:

- Current Class C Driver Licence
- White Card
- Experience in civil construction or a similar industry
- Concrete finishing and/or asphalt experience
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

Desirable:

- MR Driver Licence
- Certificate II in Civil Construction
- First Aid, Traffic Control or Confined Space tickets




- Experience in bricklaying, pipelaying or surveying

Interview and hours

- Interview date: Interviews will be facilitated within 2 weeks of job ad closing.
- Hours of work: Working 38 hours per week. On a 9 day fortnight.
