Goodstart South Nowra is seeking an Assistant Director to lead our team and support the Centre Director in delivering high-quality early learning and care at the Nowra site. This permanent, in office role offers 38 hours per week with a pay range that reflects experience and qualifications, plus superannuation.
You will mentor staff, contribute to a positive culture, and ensure operations run smoothly in the Centre Director’s absence, while upholding Goodstart Practice Guide standards.
