About the role

In this role you will be responsible for analysing businessprocesses and systems, identifying inefficiencies, gathering requirements, andrecommending improvements. You will work with stakeholders across theorganisation to support projects, improve processes, analyse data, documentrequirements,



and assist with system implementation and testing.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Gathering requirements by conduct interviews, facilitatesworkshops independently, and research to capture business needs
- Interpret data, identify trends, and provide insights thatsupport decision‑making
- Collaborate with business leaders, SMEs, developers,testers, and project managers
- Create Business Requirements Document (BRD) user stories,acceptance criteria, process maps, and other project artefacts
- Assess proposed solutions, conduct gap analysis, andvalidate alignment with business objectives
- Assist with test planning, UAT coordination, defect triage,and validation of delivered features
- Support training, communication, and adoption activities fornew processes or systems

All about you

We are seeking someone with the followingexperience/qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a BA in banking or financialservices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with requirements documentation (user stories,BRDs, process flows)
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Visio, PowerPoint,Excel
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to translate complex concepts into simple,actionable insights
