Key Responsibilities
Providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
Scheduling service and repair appointments and managing vehicle check-ins/outs.
Organising customer quotes for service and repairs.
Following up on customer enquiries and ensuring timely responses.
Keeping customer records spot-on and up to date.
Helping out with general admin tasks as needed.
About You
A customer service legend with great communication skills.
Mechanical knowhow or automotive experience is a big plus
Super organised with attention to detail.
Reliable and ready to roll with a strong work ethic.
Keen to learn and adapt in a quick-paced setting.
Can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
A team player with a positive attitude.
Basic computer skills and a willingness to pick up recent systems.
A valid driver's license.
