Job Description
Akubra is seeking an experienced Wholesale Customer Success Manager to join its wholesale team in Kempsey, NSW. This hands-on role focuses on keeping orders moving, solving problems, and building robust relationships with wholesale partners across Domestic, Export and Corporate channels.

You will manage orders from entry to despatch, invoicing and returns, coordinate with the despatch, Production and Finance teams, and support NetSuite/AIMS and B2B platforms. Onsite work at Kempsey is required.
