This role is based in Hornsby and requires an on-site work presence.

Key responsibilities

- You'll coordinate supply chain and warehouse operations, managing inventory, rotable spares, repairable spares, dispatch activities, SAP transactions and resource allocation to support daily business needs.
- You'll be a trusted support partner, coordinating procurement, equipment calibration, asset configuration management and facilities management services while resolving issues and providing responsive support to maintenance teams.
- This is a shift-based role, requiring flexibility as you will be part of a team working in a 24/7 setting, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

What you need





- You'll also bring experience in a technical based engineering environment, warehousing, inventory management and/or supply chain operations, along with proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office applications and technical catalogues.
- You're a proactive and adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage competing priorities.
- With strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills, you build positive working relationships and take a practical, solutions-focused approach to your work.
