The role of Operations Analyst is responsible for providing business improvement, data analysis and reporting services; to assist in maintaining and improving the level of service provided.

Key responsibilities

- This role will see you use your strong communication skills to develop and maintain professional networks across the business while assisting the Team Leader and Section Manager to develop, deliver and maintain a range of performance improvement initiatives to support business processes and system functionality.

- This role will be able to access a 9 day fortnight.




- We are able to offer hybrid and adaptable working conditions for this role - 2 days from home and 3 days onsite.

What you need

- Diploma level qualification in Business Analytics, Business/ Commerce or Project Management or related field OR demonstrated solid contemporary experience combined with ongoing professional development.
- Experience in the application of project management principles, and project development.
