We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist base in SYD/MEL to support our Australia and New Zealand operations, with a primary focus on Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Talent Management. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, supporting local team growth and critical talent acquisition, and assisting with the planning and delivery of employee training and development initiatives.

The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders and internal stakeholders to provide timely and effective HR support aligned with business needs.

Duties and Responsibilites

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and manage end-to-end recruitment.
- Develop and maintain effective sourcing channels, talent pools and recruitment pipelines.
- Monitor local talent market trends and recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness.
- Support employer branding, campus recruitment and other talent attraction initiatives.

2. Learning & Development

- Support the development and delivery of annual and semi-annual training programs.
- Coordinate onboarding, internal and external training, including communications, attendance, feedback and evaluation.
- Develop and maintain training materials, records and standardised learning programs.
- Support employee development, talent reviews and development initiatives.

HR & Talent Management Support

- Provide general HR support to employees and business stakeholders across Australia and

New Zealand.

- Support talent management, succession planning and key talent development initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders to identify people needs and implement practical HR solutions.
- Support regional HR projects and initiatives.

Education Qualification

Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.

Experience Requirements

2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or generalist HR, preferably within the logistics, e-commerce, supply chain or multinational corporate environment. Proven experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process and independently delivering multiple vacancies simultaneously. Experience in training coordination, Learning & Development or talent management is highly desirable.

Solid communication, stakeholder management, project coordination and cross-cultural collaboration skills. Strong sense of ownership, execution capability and business acumen, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Proficiency in Micro

Other Requirements

Must have legal working rights in Australia (citizen, permanent resident or valid work visa).
