About the Role

As a Culinary Recruiter, you'll work closely with clients and candidates across the hospitality sector, managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to successful placement.

This is a relationship-driven role that combines industry knowledge, sales, client management, and talent acquisition. You'll become a trusted advisor to both hospitality operators and job seekers, helping create successful long-term matches.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and engage hospitality professionals across a range of roles
- Conduct candidate interviews and detailed screening assessments
- Complete reference checks, compliance checks, and candidate verification
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
- Develop relationships with hospitality venues and hiring managers
- Attend client meetings and take detailed recruitment briefs
- Manage recruitment campaigns from start to finish




- Write candidate profiles and present shortlisted talent to clients
- Utilise recruitment systems and databases to maintain accurate records
- Generate new business opportunities through networking and relationship building

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally bring:

- Proven hospitality experience, preferably as a senior Chef, Head Chef, Executive Chef, or hospitality leader
- Strong industry knowledge and understanding of current market conditions
- An established network within the hospitality sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust administrative and organisational capability
- High level computer literacy and confidence using technology
- Proven ability to build rapport and influence outcomes
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Professional interview and candidate assessment techniques
- A proactive, resilient, and results-driven approach
