RSPCA Queensland is seeking a Service Desk Officer to join our Information & Technology team and deliver practical, people-focused IT support across the organisation.
You’ll troubleshoot Level 1 and Level 2 issues, set up devices, manage user access and communicate clearly with colleagues at all IT confidence levels. This role combines office-based work with remote support and occasional site visits.
