We’re looking for experienced Medical Recruitment Consultants to join our friendly Sydney team and support our busy recruitment operations. We’re particularly interested in hearing from recruiters with GP experience , while experience across anaesthetics, surgery or psychiatry is also highly valued.

About the Role

This is a senior 360° recruitment role focused on Locum placements . In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client engagement to candidate sourcing and placement, while delivering a high-touch, consultative experience for both clients and candidates.

You will build and nurture strong partnerships with hospitals, clinics and medical professionals, ensuring tailored solutions that meet clinical workforce needs and support career aspirations.

Key focus areas include:

- Full cycle 360° medical recruitment, from candidate sourcing through to placement




- Building and managing client partnerships and candidate relationships
- Working with the compliance team to ensure medical credentialing, AHPRA compliance, onboarding processes and logistics

Role Requirements

- Minimum 1+ years’ experience in Australian medical recruitment
- Proven success in a 360° recruitment workplace
- Experience recruiting across GP, anaesthetics, surgery or psychiatry, with GP recruitment experience highly regarded
- Strong billing history and the ability to manage a full recruitment desk
- Strong understanding of compliance, credentialing and onboarding processes
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation and communication skills
- Professional, ethical and performance-focused mindset
