Construction Leading Hands and Site Supervisors

Our client is a recognised contractor delivering civil construction and infrastructure projects across the resources sector. With a solid commitment to safety and quality, they are seeking an experienced Leading Hand to support project delivery at Moranbah North.

What You Will Be Doing

Supervising and supporting civil construction crews

Coordinating daily activities to meet project requirements

Assisting with earthworks, trenching and infrastructure works

Ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently

Monitoring compliance with site safety procedures

Liaising with supervisors and site personnel

Supporting project schedules and productivity targets

What You Will Need

Minimum 4 years' experience in a Leading Hand or similar civil construction role





Demonstrated civil construction experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

Commitment to workplace health and safety

Current Driver's Licence

Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Highly Regarded:

Pipelaying experience

Willingness to undertake pipelaying duties

Experience working on civil construction, mining or railway construction projects
