The Position:

- Manage a portfolio of 130–150 properties end-to-end
- Build and maintain strong owner and tenant relationships
- Manage maintenance, arrears and general portfolio enquiries
- Conduct routine and exit inspections
- Manage lease renewals and tenancy processes
- Keep your portfolio compliant and well maintained
- Work within PropertyTree and Inspection Express

The Candidate:

- 3+ years residential Property Management experience
- Confident managing a portfolio end-to-end
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
- Solid understanding of PropertyTree
- Valid driver’s licence
- Looking for a long-term role with genuine work-life balance
