The Role:

Working Monday to Saturday with a day off in lieu,



you will play a key role in supporting the sales process while developing the skills required to become a successful Sales Agent. You will gain hands-on experience across all aspects of residential sales, including:

- Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining a strong database
- Managing buyer enquiries via phone and email
- Conducting open homes and property inspections
- Assisting with marketing appointments and auctions
- Providing exceptional client care and buyer follow-up
- Liaising with vendors, buyers and external suppliers
- Assisting with negotiations and sales campaigns from start to finish

The Candidate:

- Minimum 12 months' experience within residential real estate sales
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Highly motivated, energetic and career-focused
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine desire to learn from an established industry leader
- Professional presentation and a proactive attitude
