Bright Light Marketing is looking for a talented and motivated Full-Time Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team in Mackay.

This is a hands-on creative role working across a diverse range of clients, industries and projects. No two days are the same - with the opportunity to work on everything from branding and print advertising to digital campaigns, social media, websites, signage, billboards, video and marketing collateral.

Key responsibilities

- Designing premium marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, capability statements, project marketing material, billboards, newsletters and presentations
- Developing brand identities, visual systems and supporting brand collateral
- Creating branded digital assets for social media, digital advertising, EDMs and online campaigns
- Maintaining and applying brand guidelines consistently across multiple clients, projects and businesses
- Helping guide the visual direction of campaigns, communications and new business initiatives
- Designing signage, billboards and other physical brand applications
- Designing website concepts, landing pages and digital layouts using Figma
- Preparing finished artwork and managing print production requirements
- Liaising with printers, signage contractors, web developers and other creative suppliers
- Supporting photo, video and content shoots through shot planning, filming, art direction and asset selection

About you

- A minimum of three to five years of professional graphic design experience
- A degree or formal qualification in graphic design, visual communication or a related discipline
- A sophisticated portfolio demonstrating professionally produced print, brand and digital work
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong capability across the broader Adobe Creative Suite
- Demonstrated experience designing brochures,



editorial layouts, brand systems, presentations and campaign collateral
- Experience creating branded assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, EDMs and digital advertising
- Experience designing websites and digital layouts within Figma, Framer or similar platforms
- Knowledge of print production, finished artwork and supplier coordination
- The ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines within a fast paced agency environment
